Our trio is back together again and are excited to take you away with a new trend story for summer. This month we’re styling floral prints meant for those dreamy summer plans that include you, your loved ones and a blanket somewhere open and airy... we bring you our July Issue : Romantic Florals.

Though this summer feels much different than the years prior, it’s a good reminder to make the most of what we have and enjoy it with the people we are blessed to have near. We decided to showcase how to create a romantic, intimate look perfect for a day date picnic with your SO, or a garden wine gathering with your besties at a distance.
When it comes to styling florals in a romantic way, you want to seek out a soft color palette. Prints that go well with an open field. Nothing harsh, simply light and airy. Flowy dresses play nicely in the breeze — belted or let loose. Natural accessories make the scene — think materials that resemble a picnic basket. Neutrals and soft pink hues.
Below are some fave romantic pieces available to shop now:

This was a transition for me… taking a break from styling elevated basics and moving into a statement look perfect for a planned occasion. If you’ve seen my style formula, you’ll know I try to follow the 80/20 rule when it comes to purchasing items for my closet. 80% should be filled with quality, versatile elevated basics, perfect for mixing and matching from season to season. And the remaining 20% should be left for statement pieces.
This flowy dress made of romantic florals was perfect for the picnic in the park occasion. BUT if I’m being honest, this was not my planned look! Shipping delays are real these days but luckily my fashion-loving friend Mary had this Free People dress that played even better with her and Elisa’s looks. I love the overall neutral feel from subdued peaches and greens. I knew it would pair perfectly with the new raffia pumps I’m obsessed with (and on major sale). And then the OG Cult Gaia Ark Bag (say no to dupes, friends) with a wide, floppy woven summer hat. Tortoiseshell sunnies? No brainer.

Elisa always packs sophistication mixed with a little bit of sexy. I love the sheer dress she chose from the new Atlantic Pacific collection at Nordstrom. Paired over a nude bodysuit and pops of teal, gold and nude. Elegance in florals and accessories.

This flirty, frilly high neck dress screams romantic and the pink florals are nothing but lovely. I love how Mary chose accessories in the cream family to soften the look even further.
