Honesty.

If I’m being honest, it’s just an attractive quality. And of all times, now’s the time to really practice. Because with honest comes truthfulness and once you admit to yourself the truth, you become much more at peace.

Being truthful with myself —

looking in the mirror. acknowledging that voice and gut knowing within. remembering the person I have always been. ⁣

Acknowledging my feelings —

not pushing them aside. sitting with them, especially when they are uncomfortable. knowing i can make it through. ⁣

Owning up to my mistakes —

admitting when i’m wrong, which is hard. getting past the fear and embarrassment. letting myself grow. ⁣

Cutting back on the stuff —

assessing my closet. being thoughtful with purchases. seeking out conscious brands to support. moving forward with less.⁣

Having confidence in my appearance —

letting my hair, skin and nails breathe. realizing the regular appointments were a little excessive. going on with fewer. ⁣

Leading with love —

sharing positivity. giving people the benefit of the doubt. squeezing my little one tight.
