Oh my GAWD – it’s my due date week and I can hardly believe it. These last 39 weeks have flown by and it’s the craziest feeling knowing that any day now Trev and I could be headed to the hospital for go time… but at least we’re feeling prepared. Sharing what’s in my hospital bag with a specific checklist on what to pack for mama and baby.

One thing to note — my doula (who is amazing) will be bringing healthy snacks and essential oil sprays while I’ll be relying on the hospital for any ointments and potions needing post delivery for recovery. Everything else is what I’ve anticipated I’ll be wanting from home to make sure my “stay” is as comfortable as possible. And Trev will be packing a bag too — which basically consists of a change of clothes and things to keep him occupied ;).
