TOPSHOP: a brand you can always count on for the latest “must-have” items. From emerging trends to original basics, always $100 or less, TOPSHOP has it all.

I first fell in love with this British retailer when I visited New York for the first time. My friends took me to their favorite places to shop — places we didn’t have yet in Seattle: H&M, Zara, TOPSHOP… no joke. How did we even deal, am I right?

In 2012, Nordstrom made the decision to sell TOPSHOP and TOPMAN in attempt to offer their young customers something unique and different with new looks delivered on a weekly basis. Not only was this a win for us Seattleites, but a good move for the retailer as the brand now takes the lead in Nordstrom’s young demographic product offering.

TOPSHOP: Your Go-to

Now that everyone in Seattle and other lovers of Nordstrom are familiar with the TOPSHOP brand, I can speak confidently on behalf of the masses that we often look to TOPSHOP for the following:

• high-waisted skinnies
• the latest in denim
• ribbed tops recreated from the ’90s
• bodysuits for everyday wear and nights out
• printed tops with that oh-so craved sleeve detail
• shoes that mirror designers without having to break the bank

When I first saw this capsule within Nordstrom’s TOPSHOP department, I was immediately drawn in. Were they trying to make something more exclusive? Were the materials higher quality? Were the designs more unique? Yes x 10.

The Boutique offers something you wont see everyone around you wearing. It will make heads turn and the materials used in each piece will make you feel like you’re ready to walk the runway.

If you haven’t already, I highly suggest you visit your nearest Nordies to go in, touch and try-on a piece or two from the TOPSHOP Boutique capsule collection.
