Animal print is having so many moments this year — and I’m loving it! Leopard, tiger, python and then some. It’s the perfect way to make a statement in any outfit. One of my favorite trends I’m seeing this fall is the fitted mock neck top in animal print. Today I’m sharing a look that shows how to wear this piece along with multiple options available now across price point and print.
First off — what’s a mock neck? A mock neck is turtle neck’s cooler cousin that offers a high collar, covers the neck, yet doesn’t fold over (as a turtle neck would). Over the last few years, I’ve grown obsessed with mock necks. I feel as if they offer a level of sophistication that can make any look polished. I own a variety of neutral colors that I basically treat as my new “tee” for leaving the house.
Now if you’ve explored the new style formula I’ve created after my recent “no buy” challenge turned “low buy” year, I’m all about a wardrobe that’s full of basics with sprinkled statement pieces. And the animal print mock neck is the perfect example of a statement piece you need for your styling this fall. The options now span leopard, python, tiger… and they are GOOD. Especially considering the one I’m wearing in this post is only $10… and the options below offer a hint of sheerness and added sass.

If you haven’t caught on to the fact yet that you need this mock neck I’m wearing due to it being only $10… it also comes in four other prints. Talk about necessary. Also, note the title of the product on the website says turtle neck… though I like to wear my unfolded. Like a high mock neck.
Once you’ve got your printed mock neck top — take the look extra sassy (on top of classy) by pairing with faux leather trousers (oh so on-trend right now). I loved adding sophisticated accessories such this a cream-colored crossbody beauty and these must-have nude pumps.
Statement pieces + elevated basic accessories = an on-trend outfit that is guaranteed to turn heads this fall. What can be better?
