Spring is justtt around the corner and this week I’m bringing you a new look that showcases how to style a sleeveless jumpsuit during the transitional weather. It’s a look that includes a deep pop of color, natural neutral elements and a new favorite brand to know — The Odells.
When I received a collaboration request to work with LA Based couple-founded brand The Odells Shop, I freaked. I’d first learned of the brand from one of my favorite LA based bloggers, Jacey Duprie of Damsel in Dior — who just so happened to announce a his + hers collection with them at Nordstrom today (so excited!). I’m totally drawn to the effortlessly casual, cool vibes of the product line and can’t wait to see what they’ve spun up together.
I chose to bring this Paloma Jumpsuit along with me to our recent Kauai Babymoon and was obsessed with the fit. The empire waist allows for plenty of room for bump — none to some — and the material and comfort is out of this world. Love the pockets, love the plunge, love the deep bordeaux color.
Back in Seattle, I wanted to share how to wear during the transitional weather, so I paired with some natural warm weather pieces. This linen blazer for instance offers layering and depth with its striped detail. The bamboo ark bag (the REAL deal) and cork sandals (replenished favorites from last year) complement the linen material, bringing a look straight out of Cali.
Then of course mixed metal accessories. If you haven’t noticed yet from my Instagram and blog photos, I’m SO in love with this choker set for layering. It comes in gold and silver and I no joke have been wearing it every day along with another favorite mid-length necklace like this initial one. Then of course topped with these aviator beauties — I’m good to go.
I hope this look inspires you to rock a jumpsuit right about now. ‘Tis the season ladies!
