After seeing Bloomberg TV journalist Emily Chang speak at a local event at the female-forward community space, the Riveter, I grabbed her book about the sexist ways of Silicon Valley. As a proponent of getting more women into tech and entrepreneurship, this read is awesome.

What I’ve been listening to all week…

Okay, I won’t lie, when I first subscribed to this podcast I wasn’t sure I was going to like the super real cali couple Lauryn & Michael — but this Him and Her podcast is one I cannot stop playing. Each ep starts off with a new tip from each of them and then they interview someone badass that either started their own company, has a crazy life story to learn from or is a insanely smart person you just want to take notes on. Give it a try. I loved this one with Kate Sommerville all about beauty, this one with Kelly LeVeque all about dieting and this one with Rich Roll all about overall good for your life.
